Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert, is featured on CNN as well as HLN's different platforms. The DIY NETWORK's LAST HOUSE STATING, a show that debuted on 30 March 2012, included Bonnie Schneider as the expert on camera and co-executive. Bonnie's very first book was EXTREME weather. It was released by Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston she also offered reports on lifestyle and entertainment as the special assignment reporter every day of the week. Before joining WB56, she was the weekend meteorologist at WFOR-TV located in Miami. She worked as a meteorologist and journalist for News 12 Long Island, a 24-hour television cable news channel. WXII-TV is an NBC affiliate of Winston-Salem which is located in North Carolina. Another job she held was an occasional fill-in at The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
